1. Overview

Sugar Lounge (“we,” “us,” or “the community”) is an independent, adult-oriented Discord community. By joining Sugar Lounge or accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join or use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to join Sugar Lounge. We require age verification for sellers and include age screening in buyer verification. Any member found to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently banned.

3. Not Affiliated With Discord

Sugar Lounge is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Discord Inc. in any way. We use Discord as a communication platform under Discord's own terms. All members are independently bound by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Community Purpose

Sugar Lounge exists as a community for adults to find and connect with other members. We provide a space for buyers and sellers to discover each other. We do not broker, mediate, guarantee, or take any part in financial transactions between members. All arrangements are made privately and directly between individuals.

5. Member Responsibilities

All members are solely responsible for:

• Their own interactions, agreements, and transactions with other members
• Ensuring any arrangements they enter comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
• The accuracy of information they provide during verification and in their profile
• Using their own judgment when deciding whether to engage with another member

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited and will result in immediate removal:

• Any involvement of minors in any capacity
• Scamming, fraud, or deceptive practices toward other members
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any member
• Sharing another member's private information without consent
• Impersonating staff or other members
• Any activity that violates Discord's Terms of Service

7. Content

Explicit content is permitted only in designated, age-restricted channels as permitted by Discord's policies. Members who post explicit content are responsible for ensuring all individuals depicted are adults and have consented to the content being shared.

8. No Guarantees

Sugar Lounge makes no guarantees about the conduct, identity, or intentions of any member. We provide verification as a screening layer, but verification does not guarantee a member's trustworthiness or that any arrangement will go as agreed. Use your own judgment.

9. Moderation and Removal

Sugar Lounge staff reserve the right to remove any member for any reason, including violations of these terms, violations of Discord's Terms of Service, or behavior that staff determine is harmful to the community. Moderation decisions are final.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sugar Lounge, its operators, and staff are not liable for any damages, losses, or harms arising from interactions between members, failed transactions, or use of this community. This community is provided as-is.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued membership in the Sugar Lounge Discord server or use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Significant changes will be announced in the server.
